365 Days is operated by Alter App Studio DOO ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the 365 Days mobile application (the "App").

b. Journal and Well-Being Data
Because 365 Days is designed to help users reflect on their lives and emotional state, we may collect information you choose to enter into the App, such as:

- trackers, habits, or similar self-reflection data
- messages you send through in-app AI features

- directions / life area content
- prompts and messages sent to the AI feature
- AI-generated responses
d. Subscription and Transaction Information
If you purchase a subscription, we may receive information related to your subscription status, plan type, renewal status, and transaction metadata from the relevant app store or payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details unless explicitly stated otherwise.
e. Technical and Usage Information

- IP address or approximate location inferred from IP
- identifiers necessary for app functionality and security

f. Diagnostics, Crash Reports, and Analytics

3. AI Processing and OpenAI
To provide AI-powered features in 365 Days, we may share the content you submit with OpenAI as our third-party AI service provider. This may include journal entries, mood data, notes, prompts, and similar content that you choose to submit through the App.
We use this information solely to provide AI-based summaries, analysis, reflections, and related functionality within the App.
Please do not submit information that you do not want to be processed by third-party AI providers.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK / Similar Jurisdictions)
Depending on your location, we may process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, such as providing the App and subscription features to you
- your consent, where required
- our legitimate interests, such as improving the App, securing the service, and preventing abuse

- OpenAI and other service providers that help us deliver AI features

365 Days is not intended for children under the age of 13, or under the higher minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where such collection is prohibited by law.
